So I would like to take a moment to officially break up with winter.
I’m sick of the snow and ice. I’m sick of the constant shuffling of schedules. I’m sick of the salty slush tracks that wind up all over the house no matter how quickly I remind the girls to remove their shoes.
I’m just sick of it.
Yes. I live in the northeast. Yes, I’ve lived here all my life and know to expect getting pounded by Nor’easters. Yes, yes, yes. But no.
Winter, I am done with you. We are breaking up. It’s not me, it’s you.
And now I’m going to go stare at pictures of some beautiful beaches in hopes of banishing you for good… or at least until it’s 100 degrees and brutally humid.

Alright, who’s with me? And which beach are we hitting? Also, who’s paying? 😉
Note: I tried my hardest to find the original sources for all of these images, but I ran into a few dead ends. If I used your photo and you are not credited, please let me know!
Our winter is really not that bad, but I’m still with you! Those beaches look amazing!
I’m a strong believer in the fact that there’s never a time when a beach is a bad idea!
