Writing, Editing & Small Business Marketing Services
I’m a busy mom who completely understands how difficult it is to run both a small business and a family. Throw the necessity for a constant flow of content into the mix to stay in the forefront of your potential clients’ minds and you’ve got a whole mess of crazy.
That’s where I want to help.
I’m an experienced freelance marketing writer and an expert at taking on the voice of my client and making it stronger and more consistent across their brand.
Are you a small business owner hoping to take things to the next level? Do you need help spreading your message clearly and effectively—without the typos or glaring grammatical errors that make you look unprofessional? Do you need someone to bounce ideas off of and help you figure out the next logical steps in helping your business grow?
Whether you need a small business marketing writer, editor or marketing manager, I can help make your business more awesome.
I can help you engage with your clients in a more meaningful way while freeing up time for you to work on your business.
The best place to contact me is firstname.lastname@example.org. I try to respond to emails within 24 hours.
Here are just a few of the small business marketing services I offer:
- Including blogging, website and product copy writing, newsletters, pamphlets, brochures, direct mail marketing, etc.
- Proofreading and/or editing
- Social media managing
If you could use even a little bit of help on any of those things, email me at email@example.com. I love helping small business owners make their dreams come true and would be thrilled to talk to you about yours.
My Writing and Editing Experience
Aside from my blog and various contributing writer spots (on sites like Glamamom and Wee Westchester), one of my biggest clients is Penguin Random House, a major publishing company that I write very dry, very cerebral academic marketing copy for. I have also written marketing copy for Keller Williams real estate agents—from resource guides to fun town brochures that answer any questions a potential buyer might have about moving to a new place (PDF available upon request).
In addition, I’ve become a superstar at creating stellar About pages for small business owners. Most recently I’ve redone the about page of a popular NYC and Hudson Valley wedding hairstylist as well giving the About page of my favorite makeup artist a total revamp—from writing to conceptualizing and producing a video (with my videographer husband).
Want to work together but don’t need my services? I’m always interested in ideas for collaborations, writing projects, guest posting, giveaways, product reviews, advertising, brand ambassadorship or sponsorship inquiries… pretty much anything!
If you are a small business in Westchester or the Hudson Valley, please check out my other site: Westchester with Kids. I am always looking for local people to work with and promote over there. For local inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have any questions? I love emails. You can contact me at email@example.com.
