My husband was not nearly as amused by this shirt as he should have been. I’m a little upset about it actually.
For anyone who doesn’t fall under the major dork category that we do, this shirt references a kick ass queen in Game of Thrones… who also happens to be the mother of a few dragons. More importantly though, all of the proceeds of the Mother of Dragons shirt (which is available in a few different styles and designed by Drew Barrymore) goes to helping foster kids in LA get employment opportunities.
A shirt that caters to both my nerdiness and a good cause? I’m all over it.

What a FANTASTIC idea! I love the idea of looking for something positive to do every weekend. Chances to make a difference in our communities and in the lives of others jump out at us everywhere if we’re looking for them! I’ll have to work on a midwest edition. 😉

Right?! I think he likes it more than he’s letting on. Plus, he’s started referring to me as Khaleesi. I count that as a win. lol.
