Netflix, You’re My BFF

Netflix family cuddle time

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Netflix.

Netflix family cuddle time

Oh, Netflix. If ever there were an inanimate BFF in my life, it would be you (to those wondering, chocolate would be my lover, obvi)–especially during the summer months. You know, those months when the days are longer than long and the kids are bored-er than bored and the work still comes pouring in. When you work from home, sometimes you need something–anything–to keep them quiet for a few minutes so that you can meet your deadline (and let’s face it, sometimes you need that golden silence even when there’s no deadline hanging over your head).

Top 5 Tuesday: Paul Rudd Movies

Top 5 Paul Rudd Movies: Clueless

The only good thing about Tim and the girls being gone for a few days last week (aside from two glorious nights of uninterrupted sleep) was the fact that I had free range on the TV for the first time in a long time. about the momma

Hi! I'm Jen, a freelance writer and girl mom who loves reading the newest children’s books as much as I love a good psychological thriller. I believe fiercely in the power of kindness, empathy, and really good quality chocolate. When I'm not knee-deep in glittery crafts and girl talk, you can probably find me sprawled out on my couch in the middle of a Netflix marathon with dark chocolate smeared on my face. The struggle is real. Learn more about me here.
